Lakeside walk

Come and join us for a walk in the footsteps of the local history. This is a light-hearted but informative walk along the shore of beautiful lake Siljan. During the walk the guide tell the exciting story of Rättvik and the lake Siljan area, about former king Gustaf Wasa and his local combatants as well as about Rättvik as an old touristic destination. We pass several historic sites and buildings. We also gets to know more about the interesting geology of the area. The walk is easy, but about 8 km.

Meeting place is outside the church of Rättvik, approx 1,5 km walk from the Tourist Center and train station in Rättvik. Please call us if you will be late. Minimum 4 people/ tour, maximum 12 people/ tour.
